Flu season is fast approaching and experts say it could be a bad one.
Australia is getting hit hard with the flu right now and that could indicate what will happen here in the United States.

This is the time of year when colder, drier air becomes more common and it's those conditions that make it easier for the flu virus to spread.
According to the National Institutes of Health, Australia holds a clue to what's coming our way.
That country is seeing more than double the cases it did last year.
"Although it's not inevitable, it's likely we'll have a similar influenza season in our coming winter," Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Health said.
The recent hurricanes and wildfires could also make this flu season worse, because those events have disrupted medical routines for large numbers of people and forced people into close contact at shelters.
The Centers for Disease Control say the best way for you to ward off the nasty bug is to get the flu shot.
