Local company expanding as COVID-19 pandemic has increased business

A local company is expanding and hiring amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the pandemic, Visionet Solutions is looking to hire about 100 people between now and December. Visionet went from operating out of a small space to moving into an entire building.

The company processes loan documents for various loan and mortgage companies. Low interest rates and the need for extra cash is why Visionet’s services are in high demand right now.

“COVID has increased our level of business; therefore, we are still hiring,” said Lynn Salicce, vice president of operations. “It’s one extreme or another ... if we don’t process those documents, they are not able to receive their funds for refinance in order to make purchases, pay for loans.”

Salicce said the company has entry-level positions available with little-to-no experience required, and all the way up to experienced workers in the mortgage industry.
