JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Pennsylvania woman who disappeared decades ago and was found living under an assumed identity in Florida earlier this year has been charged with murder.
Kimberly Kessler, who is originally from Butler County, is accused in the disappearance of Jolene Cummings. Investigators believe Cummings is dead even though they haven't found her body.

Surveillance video showed Cummings' vehicle driving near gas station outside of Jacksonville. Minutes later, Kimberly is seen on video walking into the convenience store around 1:20 a.m. on May 13.
It’s the same day that investigators said Cummings never showed up to meet her ex-husband and pick up her three children.
