Man hurt after shooting in Homewood

PITTSBURGH — A man was hurt after a shooting in the Homewood section of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh police said.

Police were called to the Frankstown Avenue just before midnight.

When officers got to the scene, they found the man lying on the ground in a parking lot near a business. He was shot in the leg.

He was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

A Channel 11 News crew saw shell casings and evidence markers next to an SUV.
