PITTSBURGH — A man will spend up to 16 years in prison for killing a toddler.
Jamal Williams took a plea deal today in the death of Major Troutman.
The little boy spent more than a week at children’s hospital before dying in February of 2018.
The boy’s mother told police she heard a loud thump come from her son’s bedroom in their North Side home.
Williams initially claimed the toddler fell off the bed.
