Missing dog from McKeesport reunited with her family after 4 1/2 years

MCKEESPORT, Pa. — A dog that was missing for 4 1/2 years was reunited with her family on Tuesday.

Dawn Weichler, owner and animal control officer of Sable Kennel in McKeeport, said Butters was found only five blocks away from where she’d gone missing years ago.

Weichler said they took her to her family, and that everyone was so excited to see each other.
