ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Construction work on Thompson Run Road in Ross Township that is expected to last three months begins Tuesday.
The work will take place between McIntyre and Vilsack roads and will involve repairs to the roadway and the shoulder, as well as slope stabilization, drainage improvements, and milling and paving.

Officials said the project, which will require single lane restrictions, is scheduled to last until Nov. 30.
Flaggers will help direct traffic during work hours of 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
