Owner of raided massage parlor now facing charges

CRANBERRY, Pa. — Channel 11 has learned a local business owner is charged with running a prostitution ring.

The Chinese Foot Massage in Cranberry was raided in August, and police have been following the money to prove the owner was pimping out employees.

They tracked him to a bank just across the street from the massage parlor.

Oliver Price is now facing felony charges.

Channel 11 found out this isn't the only business Price owns.

He owned a similar massage parlor in Mars.

Police said he sold it in 2012 and there was a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement  investigation at one point.

In Ingram, police said, Price operated another massage parlor, but it suddenly shut down this summer, around the time Cranberry police were conducting their investigation.

He also had a massage parlor in Mercer County.

According to the criminal complaint, police found 11 guns, body armor and $100,000 in cash when they searched it.

One of the employees who was arrested identified Price as "the boss."

The complaint also says Price put down a $500,000 down payment on the property in Cranberry one day before police raided it.

Neighbors are glad the place is now shut down.

On Tuesday night, Channel 11 checked and Price had not yet been arrested.
