PITTSBURGH — College just got more expensive for students at the University of Pittsburgh.
Pitt just approved a 2.5% tuitition increase for in-state students at its Oakland Campus.

That is an extra $460 a month a semester for the average student.
Tuition at Pitt’s branch campuses is also going up by 1.5%.
Tuition isn’t the only fee on the rise. Students will also pay more for room and board.
