MONONGAHELA, Pa. — Police are investigating a domestic dispute that turned deadly in Monongahela Wednesday morning.
Monongahela police were called to the couple’s home on Park Ave at 8 a.m. for reports of a woman shot, just steps away from their son’s bus stop.
Police found 47-year-old Mecca Vaccaro shot twice.
Investigators say it happened right outside of her home, and they arrested her husband Dennis.
“She was unbelievable,” her brother, Brian Cook told Channel 11. “To lose her tragically like this is terrible, it’s terrible.”
