PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh police SUV was damaged in a hit and run early Tuesday in the California-Kirkbride section of Pittsburgh.
The crash happened just after midnight on Brighton Road.
The officer inside wasn’t hurt, but there was damage to the passenger side of the cruiser.

The other car took off, and a few minutes later was found flipped over on North Charles Street but no one was inside, police said.
The two incidents are related, and no arrests have been made, police said.
