During the investigation, officers learned the driver of that car got into a “dispute” with a man and then tried to run over that man and his dog.

The dog was hit and sustained minor injuries, and police said the female driver -- who was not identified -- crashed into the garage when trying to leave the scene.

Investigators said there were two passengers in the woman’s vehicle, but they were not taken to the hospital. However, the driver was taken to a local hospital and was listed in stable condition.

It’s unclear what charges that woman will face in connection to the incident.
