Thousands of people were without power in Pittsburgh's East End and surrounding areas on Monday.
There were 23 outages and over 4,000 customers affected.
According to Duquesne Light officials, there was an "equipment failure."
Allegheny County officials said a power transmission line was lying on the ground at Talbot Avenue and 1st Street causing an outage in Braddock.

The most affected neighborhoods were Squirrel Hill, Swissvale and North Braddock.
