Second egg laid in Hays bald eagle nest

PITTSBURGH — A second egg has been laid in the Hays bald eagle nest, according to the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania.

The first egg was laid Feb. 13, and this one was laid Sunday around 6:30 p.m.
