The family of a local teen who lost his arm in a freak farming accident is hoping for another miracle.
Seth Apel had his right arm reattached after it was accidentally cut off while unloading firewood at his home in Clarion County.
He just underwent a six-hour surgery at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
Doctors moved a sensory nerve from his leg to his arm and plan to let it grow for about a year.
His family is hoping he'll regain complete movement of his hand and arm.
