Walmart looking to grow alcohol sales

PITTSBURGH — Walmart wants to grow their beer and wine business.

They’ve submitted applications to sell alcohol at the store in Chippewa Township.

Unity supervisors will hold a public hearing next week about a liquor license transfer to the Walmart there.

We told you back in November when the Uniontown Walmart became the first one in the area to sell alcohol.
