YOUNGWOOD, Pa. — Three people are facing charges after police went to serve a warrant at a Youngwood home and discovered a marijuana-growing operation.
The warrant was for Justin Bialowas, who was wanted for allegedly dealing heroin.

“When the deputies went to [the] house, they were just about to leave thinking no one was home when they saw a window shut, indicating somebody was in there," Westmoreland County Sheriff Jonathan Held said.
Only Channel 11 was there as deputies raided the house and put three suspects in handcuffs.
In addition to Bialowas, his mother, Tammy Bialowas, and girlfriend, Sarah Porterfield, were arrested.
“This drug epidemic, it knows no boundaries. There’s no socioeconomic boundaries to it. It’s rich, it’s poor; it’s country, it’s city; it’s everywhere, unfortunately," Held said.
