Police told WTAJ that Ortiz attacked a female employee when she tried to get him to leave the store, then broke the mirror off someone’s car before going back inside the store and hitting both the female employee and a male victim.

When Ortiz ran from the area, police told The Altoona Mirror that officers found him on a fire escape. That was when he climbed onto the roof of a building and began throwing items off the roof at officers, including a toilet and a can of paint.

Police said Ortiz broke through a window into the building, and officers arrested him inside.
