Vehicle crashes through Ohio Township restaurant

An Ohio Township restaurant is closed after a vehicle went through the front windows of the building.
According to reports, a car with two elderly women inside was pulling into the parking lot of the Andora Restaurant; when the driver of the vehicle went through the front windows trying to park.
Workers at the restaurant told Channel 11’s Melanie Gillespie that it looked like the driver hit the gas instead of the brake and just missed two poles inside the building.
Channel 11 is told the two women were shaken up but did not appear to be hurt.
No one was inside the private room when the car went through the building.
The restaurant along Mount Nebo Road has since reopened. Crews are working to repair the hole.
