ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A woman allegedly defecated in a gas station’s parking lot, then mocked employees for having to clean up after her, according to authorities in Elizabeth Township.
The incident happened at the BP gas station on Scenery Drive, the Elizabeth Township Police Department posted Monday on Facebook.
The post included four pictures, one of which police said shows the woman getting tissues from her vehicle’s passenger. The woman is seen in another photo walking to the side of the building, where she allegedly defecated.
“Furthermore, she bragged to the employees about committing the act and mocked them for now having to clean up after her,” the post said.
The police department’s post indicated that some people are defending the woman because the gas station no longer has a public restroom and because of the possibility that she might have a medical issue.
Police noted in the post that the gas station does not have a public restroom because people were “intentionally clogging the toilet and causing other damage.”
Anyone with information about the identity of the woman is asked to contact the Elizabeth Township Police Department.
