PITTSBURGH,None — More than 130 beautiful prom photos were submitted from high school students throughout the Pittsburgh area, but only one can be named the Best Prom Dress in Pittsburgh! Congratulations to the final round winner -- Cayce Woodson!
Cayce, a student at Pittsburgh Schenley High School, told WPXI.com she bought her winning dress from Nordstrom online. Her hair was done by Darla at Phillip Pelusi in Ross Park Mall and her makeup was done at the M.A.C counter in Macy's Ross Park Mall.
After the first round of voting, the winning photos were: Carley Matusak, Cayce by Derek Shelton and Prom 2010 by Kaitlynn Davidson.
The first place winner receives a $100 gift card for Sephora. The second place winner receives a $50 gift card for Sephora and the third place winner receives a $25 gift card for Sephora.
