Showers possible Wednesday after dry start to day

PITTSBURGH — A few showers or a storm will be possible Wednesday, so have the umbrella with you.

After a dry start, shower chances increase after lunch and into the evening.

While widespread severe weather is not expected, any thunderstorm that develops will bring lightning and the threat of brief downpours.

Morning showers will gradually end Thursday with less humid air filtering in through the afternoon.

Friday should be fantastic with plenty of sunshine and seasonal temperatures near 80.
