Storms brewing over the weekend

PITTSBURGH — Our stretch of dry weather continues Saturday, so get outdoors for a walk or bike ride.

A few scattered showers or storms may develop north of I-80, but most of the area will stay dry.

Wrap up the yard work too because showers and a few storms will move in Sunday.

Showers and storms will be more likely after lunch and into the evening Sunday, and a few of the storms may be strong to severe.

Our team of meteorologists will be tracking the system as it develops, but right now the window from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday should include the highest threat for storms.
