No gym? No problem! Celebrate National Fitness Day with free at-home workouts

It’s important to continue social distancing and to stay home as much as you can during this time, and since many gyms and fitness groups have closed their doors, we’ve found some at-home workouts to help you celebrate National Fitness Day on May 2.

Here are five places offering free and discounted workouts to help combat COVID-19.

CorePower Yoga

CorePower Yoga is continuing their flow through this time of coronavirus social distancing being so crucial to everyday life.

While closed, the yoga studio chain is granting free access to online classes through CorePower On Demand.

Workouts include: C1, C2, sculpt, HPF and meditation classes.

Down Dog

Whether you enjoy yoga or high intensity workouts, Down Dog has you covered!

The popular Down Dog app has opened all of its apps completely free for new users interested in yoga, beginners’ yoga, HIIT, seven-minute workouts and barre classes until June 1.

The app also announced they will continue to offer free access to all students, teachers and healthcare professionals until July 1.

Obe Fitness

Sometimes extra motivation is just what people need, especially with social distancing becoming more and more prominent, which is why Obe Fitness is offering up their live classes with a 30-day trial.
