The show that highlights songwriters is returning to NBC!
“Songland” season 2 premieres Monday and it’s about songwriters who are put center stage as they pitch their original songs to top recording artists and music producers in hopes to become the artist’s next big hit.

And as for who those artists are?
This season we will see Lady Antebellum, Julia Michaels, Martina McBridge, Boyz II Men, Usher, Florida Georgia Line, Luis Fonsi, H.E.R., Ben Platt and Bebe Rexha search for their next big hits -- with the help of panelists Ester Dean, Shane McAnally and Ryan Tedder.
This week, “See and Be Seen” talked to Shane McAnally to get the inside scoop on the upcoming, star-studded season -- including how hard the decision was for some of the artists.
