Stars give first look at NBC’s newest medical drama, “Nurses”

Pittsburgh has a new medical drama heading to NBC!

“Nurses” will have a special premiere Dec. 7 after “The Voice” before moving into its normal time slot on Jan. 5 following “This Is Us.”

The show is unique in that it focuses on the nurses usually only seen in the background of major medical shows - and highlights the everyday heroism and humanity that nurses bring to the floor every single shift.

We sat down with two of the stars of the show, Tiera Skovbye (as nurse Grace Knight) and Jordan Johnson-Hinds (As nurse Keon Colby), who dished on everything fans can expect from the new series and what they hope people take away from it.
