John Houston fits the bill of an arm wrestler with his massive, muscular bulk. No doubt. But he never thought his training would encourage his little girl.
At 12 years old, she destroys push ups. Rocks the curls. Works the bands. And can do more pull ups than most of you reading this.
Without one meathead grunt she defines: Grace.
Just last month, she won her class at state. Where she beat women twice her age. And the boys.
They all will think twice about holding her hand again.
Daddy's little girl-- it turns out-- is a crusher.
In three years she's racked in the hardware.
Grace's other extra-curricular activity is singing. She's a soprano in an elite girls' choir. As for her father, he's breaking some stereotypes of his own. The self-described "meathead" is a professor of philosophy.
