911th Airlift Wing welcomes new commander

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The 911^th Airlift Wing in Moon Township welcomed a new commander on Sunday.

Col. Craig Peters is taking over for outgoing wing commander Wallace Ferris.

Peters most recently served as commander of the 910^th Operations Group at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Ohio.

Peters has flown in every overseas conflict since Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
