PITTSBURGH — The Allegheny County Airport Authority released updated renderings of its terminal modernization program on Tuesday ahead of a groundbreaking on the massive project later this year.
The renderings, which were presented in a video on the authority’s Blue Sky website, provided more detail and showed updates to the original plan, such as the shifting of multi-modal complex slightly to the north. A spokesman for the authority said they anticipated a groundbreaking on the project “later this spring,” with a goal of 2023 for completion.
