PITTSBURGH — As it works to redevelop the former Shursave site in Bloomfield, Echo Realty has a name for the project, a commitment from Giant Eagle to serve as an anchor and the broad outline of a redevelopment project for 4401 Liberty Ave.
The O’Hara-based developer is calling its redevelopment of the site “Bloomfield Square.”
Seeking a zoning change for a single residential home the development firm seeks to incorporate into the project, Echo gave an update on its plan in a community Zoom meeting hosted by Bloomfield Development Corp. on Monday evening.
