PNC reduces potential size of its board by 11 directors

PITTSBURGH — PNC Financial Services Group Inc. can still expand its board — just not as much as it could have last week.

The board of Pittsburgh’s biggest bank has adopted amended and restated bylaws that impact its size and changed the date for its annual shareholders meeting.
