The bureau hosted “Croissants with Cops” at Tartine a French café in the West End neighborhood.

“A lot of time, people are reluctant to come into a police station, so we wanted to come to a neutral ground to make some relationships,” said CDR. Christopher Ragland.

The goal of Croissants with Cops is to help build relationships and trust between the community and the police force.

“We want to treat our citizens the same way we want our loved ones to be treated,” Ragland said.
