Allegheny Health Network is reminding every one that “Every Child Counts” in the April 1 Census. So they’re dressing their babies up in these cute onesies.
Babies born on or before April 1, 2020 should be included as their parents count every member when completing the 2020 Census for their household.
Young kids are one of the populations that the Census Bureau has identified as at risk for undercounting.
