The company that owns the garbage truck involved in a fatal crash this morning in Ligonier has a near flawless driving record.
According to inspection reports examined by Channel 11, McInchok Sanitation hasn't been involved in a crash of any kind for two years.

That changed this morning when a Pennsylvania State Police Cruiser collided with McInchok garbage truck along State Route 711, killing Trooper Michael P. Stewart.
The truck was pulling out of the Forks Inn Restaurant around 2:30 a.m. when the collision occurred.
During a news conference this morning, State Police spokesman Steve Limani said it's too early to determine a cause of the crash.
