According to a criminal complaint, Washington police used surveillance video to arrest a woman connected to the robbery at the E-Z Cash Pawn Shop. However, a masked man who accompanied her remains on the run.

Brad Vargo, the owner of the pawn shop, said that man has some high-end handguns in his possession.

"He smashed the handguns out of the case,” Vargo said.

Vargo told Channel 11 that an armed masked man walked into his pawn shop around 5:30 p.m. Feb. 28 and stole $1,200, plus eight guns worth $3,200.

"He left right out the door. That was it,” he said.

Police paperwork stated that the masked man’s driver and accomplice, Shelissa Chandler, picked him up and drove to a Uni-Mart after the robbery.

Days later, investigators' leads directed them to Chandler.

Police arrested the 32-year-old and charged her with a felony count of criminal conspiracy.

Washington police and Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms officers are working to find the guns.

“The worker (involved in the robbery) is doing fine. A little startled at first, but now he's back to work so he's good,” said Vargo.

Vargo said the robbery was the first crime at his store in the two years it's been open.

He said the shop has an alarm system and he will continue to be vigilant of anything suspicious in the area.
