MCKEESPORT, Pa. — A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged Friday in a shooting outside a McKeesport bar that left one person dead, Allegheny County police said.
Authorities were called to the 900 block of Fifth Avenue near Tube City Saloon around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Police identified the victim as Seneca Byrd, 38, of McKeesport. He collapsed in the street after suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
Detectives have learned there may have been an altercation inside the bar that led to the shooting outside, according to investigators.
Homicide detectives charged Rahman Shaw with criminal homicide, weapons violation and tampering with evidence Friday.
Police said Shaw was lodged at the Allegheny County Jail while awaiting arraignment.
