PITTSBURGH — Emergency dispatchers confirmed that one person was taken to a hospital after a tractor-trailer overturned Friday evening on the Fort Duquesne Bridge.
The truck overturned on the Fort Duquesne Boulevard exit ramp coming off the southbound lanes of the bridge around 8 p.m.

Traffic on the bridge was not impacted as crews worked to clear the debris from the scene.
There was no word on the condition of the driver.
It was not immediately clear whether the person taken to the hospital was the driver.
