19-year-old girl shot in Johnstown, police looking for answers

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — Investigators are asking for your help as they attempt to find out what led to the shooting of a teenage girl.

19-year-old Jaydin Sanderson was found on New Year’s Day around 11 a.m. on Wood Street in Johnstown. By the time police arrived, she had reportedly been dead for hours.

Sanderson’s death is being ruled a homicide.
