Pittsburgh’s first-ever space convention kicks off on the North Shore

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh has become a major player in space exploration. Today, Astrobotics revealed what will soon help us touch down on the moon for the first time in 50 years.

Channel 11 got a first look at the Peregrine Lunar Lander at Astrobotics - Pittsburgh’s space company. It was assembled on site before it heads to space.
