Police looking for man they say took part in racially charged altercation

ROCHESTER BOROUGH — Rochester Borough Police are looking for a man they say took part in an altercation at the Beaver County Transit Authority terminal.

Police said the incident happened around 7 p.m. on March 7.

According to police, the altercation happened between a white man and a black man and it appeared to be racially motivated.

Police said they want to interview the black man to get his side of the story.

Police also said the man they’re looking for is known to frequent Aliquippa, Rochester Borough and Beaver Falls.
