• Bicyclist struck by car in Oakland

    PITTSBURGH - A bicyclist was taken to an area hospital early Monday morning after he was hit by a car in Oakland.

    The accident was reported just before 2 a.m. near the corner of Fifth Avenue and Neville Street.

    Emergency dispatchers told Channel 11 News that the victim, whose name hasn’t been released, suffered minor injuries.

    No other details about the accident have been released.
