Smucker spokeswoman Maribeth Burns tells Channel 11's news partners at TribLIVE that Smucker plans to consolidate the work done in Pittsburgh at its headquarters in Orrville, Ohio.

That will happen by April 2016. The Pittsburgh operation employs 225 workers, more than 100 of whom may be able to relocate as part of the move.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
