PITTSBURGH — The cause and manner of death for a man found in the Allegheny River in August has been determined.
Dwayne Fletcher, 39, of Braddock, died from accidental drowning, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner found.
Fletcher’s body was discovered the morning of Aug. 16 in the area of 100 Art Rooney Avenue near Acrisure Stadium.
