NESHANNOCK TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 19-year-old man died when car crashed into and wrapped around a utility pole in Lawrence County Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened about 12:30 p.m. on Wilmington Road in Neshannock Township.

Police said the Neshannock Township man was the only person in the car, which was traveling southbound when it lost control and crashed into the utility pole.
The victim was transported to Jameson Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
According to a witness, the man lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway on the west side, and struck a utility pole on the driver's side.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
