One elderly man was attacked, but not hurt, while another elderly man was punched in the face and taken to the hospital.
“He had a full head of hair, a full beard and blood was just all over his face,” said Charles Martin.
Martin and some other good Samaritans came to the aid of the elderly man who was punched in the face.
He said he gave the victim a towel and a bottle of water.
“That was a very bad situation,” Martin said. “I felt bad for the victim and extremely concerned. I think they said it was a couple of kids.”

Two teenagers were also attacked, but managed to fight off the assailants.
Investigators suspect robbery was the motive in the attacks.
“Just be aware when you are out on foot walking about. Be aware of what’s around you,” said Clairton Police Chief Robert Hoffman.
Police say they hope surveillance video will lead them to the teens.
