A fire at an Irwin apartment started in a kitchen, a neighbor told Channel 11.
The fire broke out around 12:45 a.m. along First Street.
The neighbor said it was a cooking fire.
An official said two people were evaluated at the scene, but no one was transported to the hospital.
Smoke could be seen coming from the structure when Channel 11 arrived.
The fire was out by 1:45 a.m.
