MCKEESPORT, Pa.,None — Firefighters battled flames at an apartment building Saturday afternoon in McKeesport.
Officials said the blaze started in the kitchen of an apartment at the Highview Gardens around 4 p.m.
Crews were able to quickly put out the fire and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The American Red Cross confirmed it is assisting nine adults and 10 children with a place to stay after the fire.
