Brett Folette is quick the use the adjective “legendary” to describe the new restaurant he’s opening in Wexford in part, to be sure, because the word is in the logo for Dee Jay’s BBQ Ribs & Grille.
But as the general manager for the new restaurant set to open today in Wexford who recently joined the company from Darden, Folette also is quick to note the 43-year run of the original restaurant in Weirton, West Virginia.
“It will save people a very lengthy drive to go to Weirton,” he said of the restaurant’s new North Hills location. “This one will be more convenient for them.”
