PLEASANT HILLS, Pa. — Emergency crews were on scene in Pleasant Hills early Thursday.
An Allegheny County 911 supervisor says crews were called to the 100 block of Woodland Drive at 3:30 a.m.
According to a social media post, the Pleasant Hills Volunteer Fire Co. was alerted to an attic fire. Baldwin EMS soon updated firefighters that the fire was through the roof.
Firefighters arrived and saw fire through the roof, with heavy smoke from the roof and eaves, Pleasant Hills officials say.
The fire had been mostly suppressed within 10 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The Allegheny County Fire Marshal is investigating the fire’s cause.
