According to Heinz Field's Twitter account, Chesney will perform at the North Shore stadium on May 30th with Eric Church.
In 2013, Chesney’s visit to Heinz Field made headlines and sparked controversy after parking lots near and around the stadium were trashed by tailgaters and concertgoers.
City officials responded to the massive mess by establishing new rules and guidelines.
In 2014, despite Chesney’s absence, tailgaters and concertgoers returned and caused similar damage following a Luke Bryan concert.
Details on ticket sales for Chesney's 2015 concert have not yet been released.
